On-line Class Timetable

I am currently studying for a BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree and so have a reduced timetable running during termtime: 

Current weekly on-line class timetable:

Tuesdays:

        6:00pm - 6:45pm    'Back to exercise' - improve cardiovascular stamina, strength and flexibility

        7:00pm - 7:45pm    Low impact for weight-loss (dance fitness class - let's add some sparkle to fitness!)

Wednesdays:

            11am - 11:45am   Pilates; Mat-Based; mixed ability

Thursdays:

        10am - 10:45am    'Back to exercise' - improve cardiovascular stamina, strength and flexibility

        7pm - 7:30pm         Pilates; Mat-Based; mixed ability

Saturdays:

        09:30 - 10:30am    Pilates: Mat-Based; mixed ability
